Proudly Human has appointed Alexander Gow as Managing Director, North America. An ARIA Award-winning songwriter, he was previously Head of Audio at leading Australian newspaper The Australian Financial Review, where his work was recognized with a Walkley Award.

The diverse artistic experience Alexander brings to the role and his writing about the impact of generative AI on the creative arts make him the ideal candidate to lead the business in North America,” said Trevor Woods, CEO. “There is no time to waste. Alexander Gow is responsible for expanding Proudly Human’s North American operations, raising visibility with creators and audiences, and consulting with policymakers and industry. Based in Nashville, he started on August 17, 2026, and has been working in New York, Washington D.C. and Atlanta.
