How this work was verified

The author signed a formal declaration confirming no more than de minimis use of AI, and the Proudly Human team ran the text through a suite of highly secure detection tools and reviewed the results before issuing this certification. Any AI involvement was limited to de minimis use. That is, uses sufficiently minor or mechanical that they do not affect the copyrightable authorship of the work and, in practical terms, do not alter its human‑created nature.
